Royal Duke
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Hardy Cognac Legend 186
- 30.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz Cartron Double Crème de Cassis
- 0.5 oz White Vermouth, such as Cucielo Blanco
- Soda water
Method:
Add Hardy Cognac Legend 1863, lime juice, Creme de Cassis and white vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with Amarena cherries. Enjoy!
Mandarin Occidental
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Hardy Cognac Legend 1863
- 0.25 oz Mandarin Napoléon or other orange liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Method:
Put ice cubes in a glass. Add the Madarine Napoleon, the dash of Angostura and the Cognac Legend Hardy 1863 in a shaker with ice and shake. Remove the ice cubes and pour into a glass. Flambé an orange zest on top of the cocktail. Garnish with an orange zest.
