Mezcal Trascendente brings a clean agave snap with just a hint of smoke, which makes it perfect for breezy, citrus-led drinks. A Paloma and a Margarita are hardly new inventions, but this mezcal gives both a lifted, more interesting edge without weighing them down. Think bright grapefruit, sharp lime and a spirit that quietly does the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.
