Cassis Crush
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Cartron Cassis
- 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz sparkling water
- 1 pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients to glass and stir. Garnish with a lime peel.
Bergamote Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Cartron Bergamote
- 2 oz Cartron Blanc Vermouth
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine
Method:
Add all ingredients into a large wine glass and top with ice. Stir, garnish with lemon peel and sprig of fresh thyme.
Bergamote Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Cartron Bergamote
- .5 oz Rhum Clément Canne Bleue
- .5 oz Bergamot juice
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water
Method:
Add all ingredients except the soda to a highball glass. Stir without damaging the mint. Add ice and top with soda water.
La Trinite
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Rhum J.M Blanc
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ⅓ oz Maraschino liqueur
- ¼ oz Cartron Violette Liqueur
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a glass with shaved ice.
